Toilet Repair & Installation

A running toilet wastes water every day it goes unfixed, and a clog or leak at the base can turn into a bigger problem fast. We handle both repairs and new installations.

Common Toilet Issues

  • Constantly running or slow-to-fill toilets
  • Repeated clogs or slow flushing
  • Water pooling around the base
  • A loose or wobbly toilet
  • Cracked tank or bowl components

New Toilet Installation

If you're replacing an old toilet or renovating a bathroom, we handle removal of the old unit and proper installation of the new one, including checking the wax ring seal and shutoff valve so it doesn't leak later.

What Causes These Problems

A running toilet is almost always a worn flapper or fill valve that no longer seals correctly. Frequent clogs are often a sign of a partial blockage further down the line, low flow from an older toilet design, or something that shouldn't have been flushed. A toilet that rocks or leaks at the base usually means the wax ring seal underneath has failed.

When to Stop Waiting

A slow leak at the base can damage subfloor over time even if it looks minor. If water is pooling on the floor, the toilet is rocking noticeably, or a clog won't clear with a plunger, it's worth having it looked at rather than waiting for it to get worse.

Toilet Repair FAQ

Why does my toilet keep running?

This is usually caused by a worn flapper valve or fill valve that isn't sealing properly — a repair we can typically handle quickly.

Can you install a toilet I've already purchased?

Yes, we can install a toilet you've bought, or help you understand what to look for if you haven't purchased one yet.

Is a wobbly toilet a serious problem?

It can indicate a failing wax seal or damaged flange, which is worth addressing before it leads to a leak.
